Great friendly staff. Was looking to have a chip read to locate owners. More than gracious in assisting and advising how to take care of. Thank you for your help

The staff here are always so lovely and professional. It’s clear that they have passion for what they do. My dog has an issue with her paws being touched and they’re always cautious of it when I mention it. The ladies working here have always done their best to take care of my dog and they give me extra information whenever there’s an issue with her. She’s 6 years old now and we don’t live in Campbelltown anymore but I struggle to find a decent vet elsewhere so it’s worth the drive.

I am not happy with this vet at all. It is the second time around I have given my pet cat for a simple surgery there and I only ended up with complications and traumatised pets every time. Simple surgery turned to infection and serious anxiety first time over with one cat few yeats ago, then I decided to give it a chance again just recently for an abscess clean up in my other cat. Broughy my cat home absolutely teriffied, panicked and not eating neither drinking at all for 2 dsys. He also pulled his drain out of the desperation. I have no idea what they did to this cat in the process at the surgery but the effect is poor. I called them to report. The check up visit supposed to be free but they then changed their mind over the phone and decided that they will still charge me. One of the reception stuff, especially the younger one was rather ignorant and lacking empathy. When I came to pick my cat up after the surgery, and I was 15 min too early she rudly infirmed me that I was told not to come early, and that dont I know the discharge time is for a reason. I said I know I am too early and that I could wait, but that was rude and cutting how she approached me. I compleatelly lost trust and wont be coming back there anymore. It feels like it is all about dollars, not the pets health.

Dr. Gary was wonderful and seemed very experienced. I have two other pets which I have taken to many different other vets, including Univets Camden and Wakerly Vet in Fairfield and this vet hospital has MUCH more reasonable prices. To my pleasure I spent much less money than I was expecting, and the team here are very professional to top it off. The staff were very accomodating and even let me and my kitten wait inside the room when there were barking dogs in the lobby that was stressing her out. 10/10!

I went here for my dog because he ate something and this old man “so called vet” hardly said anything to me about what his about to do to my dog! He just grabbed my dog and went in! Comes out 10-15mins later trying to make my dog stay there when there was no need said that the ladies googled it because no one knew what to do! I don’t recommend going there your are vet, your suppose to know these things not google them up the poison helpline helped me more than you guys horrible place I’ll never go back!
