The staff in Albury and Wodonga took great care of my dog when she was sick with pyometra. Awesome vets, nurses, and reception staff, great follow up. My dog is now feeling better, eating well, and acting like her old self again. Thanks for your great work guys.

We found a sick cockatoo at Lake Hume. Rang wildlife rescue and they sent us to this vet . As we had already caged the cocky.The vet we saw was friendly, very efficient and informative. Letting us know when you find a sick bird especially the parrot type to be aware of possible disease. Did not know that. Very kindly disinfected our basket as well. Sadly they had to put the cocky to sleep. R.I.P.

I had the sadness of losing my dog to snakebite recently and the after hours service was excellent. Sadly, my long time pet had passed by the time we got to the vet but the vet and nurse grabbed her and ran her inside, initiating treatment as soon as possible. They were so very caring and respectful to my Tess and to me. They cared for me and whether I could drive home, and allowed me time to make my decisions about taking Tess home.

Unfortunately Dr Jane gave our dog an oral vaccination by error as an under skin injection – so we were given antibiotics to give to our dog for a week to counteract. Then he was given the proper under skin vaccination and he yelped with that. He has had many vaccinations over his 3 years and never had that. We will not be returning, I’m sorry to say. It may not be life threatening for the dog, but he is not well today and wasn’t all night so we are very unhappy with the service and treatment and are very distressed.

I have been taking all my fur babies to their Albury and Wodonga clinic for around 20 years now. The staff have always been lovely and provided the best of care to my fur family. Dr Nadine Miller especially has gone above and beyond to care for them over the years. I highly recommend them.

Medical care and medication for people is heavily subsidised. Unfortunately, there is no medicare or PBS for pets and the cost of the provision of the equipment, facilities, skilled staff and medications required to provide quality veterinary care is all part of what veterinary practices need to charge.
