One star is too generous, if there was a negative option, many people would use it. Our dog like all the other reviews came home very scared, anxious and shaking after his hair cut. The new method of cruelty they’ve found is the suspected sedatives that they are giving the dogs to make their job easier. Our dog was very drowsy, his eyes had no focus, he struggled to keep them open and he collapsed to the ground out of nowhere just while standing. He refused to walk and was not his usual active

This place has no respect for their customers at all. They did the complete opposite of what we asked them to do. The dog’s nails weren’t cut properly, all his hair is gone right in the middle of winter, he had cuts all over his body, and loose hair was found all over his body. The dog was scared, overwhelmed with anxiety, and has been shaking everyday since he was picked up. The workers had no respect for what we asked for, and laughed when we told them we weren’t happy with it. They didn’t try to compensate how we felt in any way and just brushed us off. Would not go back here and not tell anyone to go back.

Terrible experience and service. People were very rude, did not give the hair cut I asked for. My dog was traumatised, shaking, scared and had cuts on his legs and tail from how short they went, after specifically telling them to keep his hair long. Will never take my dog back here.

I took my dog to get a hair cut, I asked them to not cut him too short and leave his tail and feet long. When I saw my dog I couldn’t recognise him. They did exactly what I asked them NOT to do! His hair was sooo short and he had cuts on his legs and body. His nails were not cut properly and were scratching me. He got in my can and clumps of hair were coming out of his ears and face meaning they did not blow dry him and brush him after his cut! He now shivers, is always cold and has anxiety. As soon as they let him go he was so scared, scratching the door and scratching me wanting to get out of there! When I spoke to the lady explaining this is not what I asked for she said “well I think he looks cute”. It’s not their decision to make! Very very disappointed
