We required emergency treatment for our baby experiencing Paralysis tick symptoms. 11pm Friday night drop off, the team were amazing to deal with; regular updates and the ability to visit our girl on the Saturday to drop off a toy and stinky shirt….. we’re just so grateful for your amazing service. Thank you SO MUCH! Bringing her home Sunday morning was a wonderful surprise.

Falsely diagnosed my pet and left him unattended resulting in him passing away. They called us an hour before he passed, telling us that he is getting better, giving us false hope. Showed no sympathy towards my family and I. If I were to get another pet, I would NOT bring them here.

Thank you Mackay Veterinary Services for the very professional and thoughtful treatment I received after the euthanasia and cremation of my beloved 14 year old best mate. They were very considerate and kind through the entire process, despite the heartache of letting go of my very senior doggo. Highly recommend for all services they offer. Thank you for your sympathy.
