gratitude to Gen for hee compassionate care she provided during one of the most difficult moments of our life. Saying goodbye to our beloved Border Collie, Leo, was heartbreaking, but Gen made the process as peaceful and dignified as possible.
Her kindness and empathy was evident from the moment she arrived . She took the time to explain every step, allowing us the space to grieve while gently guiding us through Leo’s final moments. Her gentle demeanor brought comfort to both Leo and our family , which made an unbearable situation more bearable.
Leo was surrounded by love, treated with respect, and given the dignity he deserved. I will always be grateful for the compassionate support we received that day. Thank you, Gen for being there when we needed you most. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for Gen’s compassionate assistance during the end-of-life care for my 14-year-old Persian cat, Sookie. Her empathy and gentle guidance made a profoundly difficult process much more bearable. Gen’s extensive knowledge of feline health was evident when she diagnosed Sookie with a rare condition a couple of months prior—a diagnosis that other vets at the practice had not recognised or treated. Thanks to Gen’s expertise, making the tough decision to spend our final moments with Sookie at home felt significantly easier. Being able to say goodbye in the comfort of our own space meant the world to me. I truly appreciate Gen’s kindness and professionalism throughout this journey. Her support has made the grieving process more manageable. Thank you, Gen, for providing such invaluable service during this challenging time.

Highly recommend Dr Gen from Husky Housecall Vet. Dr Gen has been looking after my three cats for a while and I would truely hate to have them seen by anyone else. The time, dedication and care she puts into each of her patients really shows and she makes each patient so comfortable and happy, even in difficult situations or for examinations.
