Absolutely great service on a Saturday afternoon. My dog ate some rat poison, and Jo was calm and helpful on the phone and brilliant in the clinic. Thank you.

Can not thank Uralla veterinary enough! We just adopted a pup and he was really sick on our long drive home, the vet nurse and vet was so friendly and saw us straight away! Nothing was a hassle for them. My husband and I asked so many questions. They were so patient and kind.

Hi Natalie I am sorry you were unhappy with our service. At the time I spoke to you on the phone I was treating an emergency with a cow and it was several hours into the night before I returned to the clinic.
