No, business owners and The Pet Community cannot remove any negative reviews. The community is built on honest feedback and trust, for this reason we will not remove any negative reviews.
Businesses on a premium plan have an opportunity to respond to reviews and we highly suggest this. Often there is simply a misunderstanding and respectfully acknowledging and responding to a negative review can reflect positively to others reading your reviews.
We also recommend that rather than thinking about removing negative reviews, your business should focus on generating more positive reviews. Ultimately the positive reviews will (hopefully) far outweigh the negative reviews.
