They saw me last minute when my spoodle was very sick when my usual vet had turned me away. The vet was thorough and helped him get well again. He was in a lot of pain which they managed calmly and carefully.

My appointment was at 3:30 and we were there till 4:45 than they serve us. Im wondering if we were there 1 hour late would they serve us?

The staff made my dog and I wait outside in over 30 degree heat for over an hour. When I was allowed inside I asked for water for my dog (she is a breed who are prone to overheating and can die from it) the rude receptionist refused due to “things going around.” By the time we got to see a vet (an hour and thirty minutes after my appointment) my dog had a 40 degree temperature and the vet demanded the staff get her water. They could have killed my dog because they were too lazy to fill a dish!

Hands down a 10/10 if possible. Dr. Paddy and Katelyn are the reason we travel 1.5 hours for our visits!!! A must use clinic. Just allow time as Paddy love a chat and can be running behind.
