I rang requesting an emergency appointment – had an existing appointment for my cat the following day, first appointment I could get – I was told there was no appointments available, I explained it was an emergency as my cat was extremely unwell, reception said there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me. I was fortunate enough to find another vet within the area who was so wonderful and actually closed her surgery to fit us in as an emergency and was so kind to our cat who unfortunately had to be euthanised.
