Occasional ReviewerYuri is a great vet, always kind, but unfortunately over the past 18 months or so, I have heard people complain about her practice. Couldn’t believe it, asked a few people who went there if they had experienced a problem with her. Turns out it is the receptionist who they have the problem with, I have to, but didn’t mention it to hear other people’s opinions. Have also noticed some not very good reviews about this practice on Google. Great vet but the receptionist is on some sort of power trip, and has no place working with animals , she has the tendency, to think she is right and your wrong, and I think she has a chip on her shoulder for,some reason or another. If you experience her on the phone and need to speak to the vet, push the point that you want to speak to the vet, not her as she has a tendency to cut you down, beside the receptionist Eliza, the clinic is clean, tidy and has a great vet.

A little nasty, horrible person with a attitude that needs to change. Shame as the vet is ok but the receptionist is disgusting

Yuri is the most caring and honest vet I have ever encountered. She will explain things until you understand and doesn’t prescribe medication unless necessary. Eliza is lovely to deal with too. The girls have been looking after my dogs for three years now and I am so glad I had Yuri to help us help our sick, old girl cross the rainbow bridge.

I rang for appointment this morning, my disappointment is that they can’t book my Kimmy for a checkup, I thought they care for pets…or are there just interested in $$$$$, at least they could spare a few minutes to just check him over, very disappointed. not happy

Brought in our dog for an emergency as she suddenly became really unwell and unable to walk. Vet told us they’re too busy to see her and there’s nothing they could do, then sent us on our way. We understand this is a busy time, but it’s not like we were bringing her in to get her nails clipped. You’d expect some duty of care for sick animals as a vet. Such a stressful and disheartening experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

So disappointing i called this Care for pets clinic to make appointment for my dog, explaining her issues she’s old. The girl came back and said to me sorry we aren’t taking new clients. Not happy thats not a vet. I thought vets have supposed to have a care factor. None there thats for sure.

TL:DR was turned away with my noticeably injured dog who was in pain, and literally could only hop, because we were new customers despite being the only customer there at the time.
Took my dog here first thing Monday morning as he hadn’t eaten all weekend, could only drink water if it was hand cupped to his mouth, had a limp and his right leg three times bigger than his left. CLEARLY, he was in pain as he couldn’t put any weight on it, hopped and his tail was between his legs. Any dog lover would have seen this was not normal and something physically wrong with him. Got into the lobby explained what happened, front desk lady went out the back came back and said they’re not taking on any new clients.
I then went to Mustafa’s Vet and was welcomed with much more empathy and warmness and they saw my dog straight away.

We were travelling to ceduna and had to turn back to take our dog who had an operation over 2 weeks ago to try and get more medication as her foot had swelled again and you couldnt touch it. The vet sent us off to another vet clinic and didnt even come out to look or talk to us.

My dog Beaver and I had a great experience at this veterinary clinic. Dr. Masui was very thorough in her examination and pinpointed my poor dogs urinary tract problems. Her assistants were also very personable and loved Beaver and showed him a lot of attention! We were prescribed a special dog food and antibiotics and he is now good to go!
