This is a wonderful veterinary practice.
We were in a difficult situation with our beloved dog taking a bad turn in the early morning. We were so grateful for their ability to schedule us in. They were incredibly caring in their approach to our dear dog and her last momments with us.
They were also so caring and considerate as we organised her final resting place.
I can only say Thankyou thankyou again.

We were so impressed and touched by Jason and his staff’s care when we recently lost our beautiful bunny Hercules. We had to take him to another emergency veterinary practice late on the Sunday and say goodbye to him that night but Jason took and monitored our other bunny the next day just to make sure she was okay. To our surprise they later sent us a sympathy card for our Herc. I think that is going above and beyond and we were touched beyond words. Thank you.

I wanted to express my gratitude to all those involved , helping me to deal with the stressful situation I was faced with recently. My baby Maui (aka Butbut) , went so peacefully today. Staff there made me feel at ease, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any way. I was able to spend time with Maui, see her and hold her , spend those last few moments with her before she fell to sleep. Thank you from myself and my extended family, extremely grateful for the support and care you gave Maui, myself and the family.
