I placed and order with A1 Aquarium. It took them one week to get back to me to let me know that the Aquarium medicine that i order was out of stock. I replied straight away to the email and ask when it would be back in stock and it took A1 Aquarium one more week to reply to my email! Poor customer service!!!!

Pretty disappointed at the way A1 has been running lately. From selling Goldfish with 16L tanks (who require around 60L per fish) to keeping bettas in small plastic containers. Used to love going there to buy fish and get advice, but rather disappointed about their recent changes.

Being a complete novice with buying aquarium fish I was really impressed with a young staff member named Max who not only took the time to explain which types of fish would suit my aquarium set up but also organised the correct food, plants and ornaments needed to create the best environment for my fish. I walked out of there with many different types of fish and all the accessories required and my fish look very stress free and the tank looks fantastic. A big thanks to Max and all the staff here for sharing their knowledge so I got exactly what I needed. 5+ Stars.
