There were multiple dead fish in the tanks. Lots of fish were sick with white spot and very skinny. Sick fish were still for sale and being kept in tanks with healthy fish.

A locally owned pet shop that has been in Armidale for a long time. Great range of products and livestock. The staff are helpful and friendly. Animals are, well looked after and healthy.

I dropped in to buy a couple of toys gifts for our cats & I actually spent longer then intended in the shop, there was so much to look at.
Fish, birds, rabbit & the animals were all so happy… it was like the fish were watching me!
There were children in the pet shop admiring the beautiful pets!
Seemed like a very family friendly shop.
Looking forwards to more visits after we move there.
ps: our kittes adored their toys we brought back home!

I waited the best part of 4 weeks for a special order, a product they had advertised in their catalogue, only to have the product be more expensive than originally stated. Their catalogues are misleading, which they are aware of. Instead of ensuring customers know the price of something they order, they joke about how this kind of confusion happens all the time.
