This is Canela. She is an 11 month puppy. We rescued her back in May. She’s the sweetest dog in the world, but she doesn’t realize how big she is at 60 lbs! She would jump on me, my 4 year old and my little nieces and nephew. One day we went to Petsmart and had the fortune of meeting Toby. He recommended the puppy classes and we signed her up! We are so thankful we did! She has not jumped on the children since her second week in puppy class. She also learned to sit, lay, walk on a leash and even play dead! We never thought it would be possible for Canela to be an even better dog but thanks to Toby and his training she’s the number one doggo!! Please sign your dog up with Toby!

I take both of my dogs to get groomed here, Ava my blue heeler gets a little anxious from time to time and hates to be blow dried, while Roger my labradoodle won’t sit still when he gets his haircut. I see Krystal and I love how she manages both of their personalities. She even tells me how they are doing if I call and ask. I’ve been seeing her for a while now and their haircuts and baths are always perfection 🙂 Thank you PetSmart and Krystal, I recommend getting your dogs groomed here, never a bad experience.

Was called and told they close EARLY at 430 at about 425 i missed the call they called back at 437 to inform me. Girl had an aggressive tone and I’m pretty sure they shouldn’t be closing at 430 but she claimed they were “short staffed”. I’m thinking then don’t take more appts what does that have to do with my dog being picked up. Talked to me as of i did something wrong. Get it together! Just unprofessional!

Well So everyone knows you can not buy the prescription dog food on the shelves when it’s just sitting right there at $5 a can… unless you sound desperate and pathetic and tired and start crying. One can down. But only one the woman said. I thank her and thank her. I had this cam an hour ago from the doc- but my nonsick puppy ate it and I needed another one for the sick puppy. Thank you register lady with sympathy

We visited the Banfield vet inside of Petsmart. They were very kind and accommodating. Then we shopped in the store. The store is always orderly and stocked well. The associates are nice. The cashier was great.
We use this Burleson Petsmart for grooming also. DeAndre is the best! The all care about the animals, but my big dog likes him the best.
