I would not recommend this vet after our awful experience with him. Please do your pet and yourself a favour and use a different vet.

Until a few years ago I used to take my cats to the vet. Dr Jovanovic is a caring and compassionate vet and . Support staff were also always polite and attentive. Today, I took a sick possum to their practice. I cannot describe how helpful and kind the two female staff were. Your attitude and professionalism is amazing. Thank you. Bulend Terzioglu

Really great clinic and wonderfully caring and experienced staff.
Dr Zeljko has been fantastic in guiding us through a recent mystery illness with our dog.
He has been part of both of our dogs lives for all of their 15 years and we have always been very happy with his veterinary skill and service.
The clinic nurses have been such a support and have really cared about our dogs whilst they were in their care. Heaping affection on them when they were sick and giving them treats for being “good boys”!
Highly recommend Chelsea Vet!

We recently had to have our beautiful 19 year old cat Lou put down. He was our third pet that Zeljko has had to put to sleep over the years. It’s always such an emotional time for our family but always made just that bit more bearable by the compassion and kindness shown by Zeljko and his team. Each time afterwards we have received a beautiful card hand written and signed by all. Such a simple gesture that means such a lot. Would recommend Chelsea Vet Clinic without hesitation.

I always thought he was a great vet until my younger dog became ill end of last year. After blood tests and x-rays she was diagnosed with an enlarged heart, congestive heart failure, and put on medication which did not help. After doing my own research I found out there was a cardiologist i could take her to. Not sure why I wasn’t told they existed, but anyway, I found out myself and took her last week. And thank goodness I did, because an ecg showed her heart is absolutely perfect! The enlargement, the changes Chelsea vet told me were happening were not there. I took her to a specialist today because still needed to know what is actually wrong with her, and found out she has Cushings disease. Also, that there were markers in her blood tests taken at Chelsea last year that could point to it that were not mentioned to me. I was told her blood tests were fine. So finally, after 5 months, she will get the treatment she needs for the condition she has, NOT the misdiagnosis by Chelsea Vet. I would always recommend a second opinion.

I HIGHLY recommend this clinic! Dr Jovanovic and his wonderful team of vet nurses are undeniably professional and knowledgeable; their tremendous passion and love for what they do equals the level of empathy and compassion they offer to every client and creature. They have gone above and beyond for our cat (Daisy) whom we adopted through Chelsea Vet Clinic.

*** DO NOT USE THIS VET ***I took my American Staffy Jax to this vet for a sore leg, the male vet twisted his leg so much that he was yelping uncontrollably to “find out what was wrong” to the point that I told him to stop! The doctor doesn’t twist your arm to see if it’s broken? He then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay $3500 for a surgery to fix his leg and that his other leg would soon follow… 2 months later (since I couldn’t afford the surgery) my dog stopped limping… miracle? I think not… ***DO NOT USE THIS VET***

Took my dog there for the first time today as I was not able to get a booking at my normal vet, I am quite pleased with the service. Doctor Jovanovic was very gentle with my dog, he performed thorough examination in the affected area, explained the conditions very well, and provided adequate solutions. He took a consultative approach when it comes to discussing treatments, happily listened to my concerns and answers my questions. I didn’t feel rushed throughout the consultation like I sometimes do at the other vets. I am hoping to make this vet clinic the new go-to place for my dog’s medical needs. Thank you Dr Jovanovic, Woody is feeling much better right after the visit.

Unfortunately we had to take our dog here for emergency treatment as we couldn’t get into our normal vet which resulted in him having to be put to sleep. They were very supportive and provided excellent service. I will definitely take any future pets I have back there.

Dr Jovanovic and his team have been looking after my 2 Burmese babies for many years. Sadly my 18 year old boy Fedele was put to sleep recently and this is when I really witnessed the compassion this team offer. A truly heartbreaking experience was made so comfortable for my boy and myself. I Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you all so much.

Had a great experience taking my Husky and Staffy there. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable and down to earth Vet. Wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable considering the cost the Vet’s pay out of their OWN pocket for medicine e.t.c. Will always come here for as long as they are open !

Lovely and professional vet. My cat was very calm and was treated so nicely she stayed cool calm and collected. Happily just waltzed out of the cage when home. Normally I would get the cold shoulder for a while. Really nice vet practice too – very friendly. Glad I found them after moving into the area and leaving a super vet behind. Relieved!

Really nice staff, always worried about taking my rottweiler to the vet as even vets are over cautious. The guy we saw was fantastic! Was able to examine my rottys sensitive foot and knew really well how to deal with this type of dog.

Very caring staff and vet. When our beautiful cat, Bruno, lost his battle with cancer, I was allowed to spend as much time with him over the two weeks that he was housed on the premises despite the fact I was probably in the way. I was never hurried and the decision to put Bruno down was a mutual decision between my family and the vet. It was done in the best way possible on our terms. Since then our surviving cat and new cat have both continued to the best attention when needed.

Cat came home after dental surgery found her with sticky tape on bandage feet (drip on her feet)which was stuck to her fur and could not be removed. Cat was traumatised. Wouldn’t care and would not recommend..

I had the unfortunate call from this clinic a few years ago, when my beautiful Merlin (cat) was hit by a car and passed away. The staff here were very understanding and caring, they even sent me a card a couple of weeks later wishing my family all the best and hope that we were all coping in our grief.

I asked them what I should look for and all the questions that I needed honest answers for. Sue was lovely and once we get a new fur baby, this will be their doctors that they will go to, I do not mind driving for the right care for my fur baby . I had to take my 16 year old Kelpie in and they told me she had Pyometra and needed her Uterus removed immediately and went into surgery that night. I was very worried about putting her under as she is so old, but they assured me everything would be okay. They did such and amazing job, she came home the next morning. I couldn’t find a better vet if I tried to, he is fantastic at his job. All the staff are lovely and caring, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very reasonable prices and very understanding. It’s hard to find good, honest and caring vets and I’m glad I found this one.

My cat swallowed a sewing needle! I have never been to this clinic before but it was the closest one open. They took him in straight away and performed surgery and got it out. They were so kind, friendly & caring – couldn’t be happier with the service and will take my cat there from here on out.
