Really nice cafe at Dromana Beach. Aptly named for its location in a little lane. More than sufficient indoor and outdoor seating. Serves coffee from Odyssey Coffee.

The food is amazing and so is the coffee. And I’m fussy😄
We have been several times and will be back again.
The bacon is the best I’ve had

My favorite place on the peninsula. Great food and amazing staff. They have now opened up their upstairs area providing a lovely view of the Dromana beach

Gorgeous waterfront cafe with casual interiors. Plenty of open space and a fair bit of seating outdoors for warm days. Loved it here and would come back any day.
Big counter where you order food and coffee and the staff were very nice and friendly. They have a selection of sandwiches, cakes and baked goods. The ham and cheese sandwich was delicious and the coffee was great. The Nutella cookie sandwich was fantastic and I loved it.

Super cosy cafe with vintage music and ship themed decorations. We loved the breakfast food and the house-made tomato relish was delicious with the hash and scrambled eggs.

Have never been a fan since they ruined a sausage roll. Thought I would give it another go even though I dislike “op shop chic”. How long does it take to make a cappuccino? Every one has eaten and had their cuppas and still some one was left waiting even though it had been pointed out politely to two wait staff

Took my kids to Laneway for the first time today, for my daughters 18th..

The owner and staff really made it special for her..
Food was amazing.. Genuinely delicious combinations that don’t make the meal too ‘busy’..
Even if you decide whether you want sweet or savoury/meat or veg, it’s still hard to choose from the menu..
The staff were beautiful and the owner is a shining example of why..
And the coffee.. I’m not sure I’ll be able to go backwards in flavour.. Even got a bag of Odyssey beans (first time I’ve bought from a cafe..).. The owner grounds them fresh for you if you request it..
We’ll definitely be coming here regularly..

Food was cold. Toast under eggs was unbuttered and soggy. Peanut butter toast for toddlers cane without butter or margarine and not enough peanut butter to cover the toast. Pretty average.
