I love Jenny,
She is the best cat groomer.
She explains everything she’s doing, she made my baby Persian kitten look and feel so much better. She removed his matting he had under his arms ect. Very reasonable pricing to.
She is the only lady I’ll take my boy to.

I would not advise any cat owners to go to this store for grooming. We were assisted by “J” and informed J that we would like to trim the bottom and tummy. J started shaving from chest using electric razor and we were not able to stop J immediately. After explain to J multiple times she finally “got” it and again shaved our cat’s bottom using electric razor. We were in shock and left the store as fast as we can after paid the grooming. I guess J does not understand the word TRIM.

Have been taking our dogs to both Lane Cove and Epping seems forever. 3 dogs and only 1 disappointing cut in over 10 years ie about 40 grooms. Always welcoming and the dogs get out of the car and can’t get into the salon fast enough.

Beautiful hair cuts and the dogs are very well cared for. I always feel confident leaving my dog with them as I know he will be well looked after and will look gorgeous when I pick him up.
