They r great just very small waiting room, I take my dog there n sometimes ppl come in n say they scared of dogs, he is a blue healer lol. I think if u scared of dogs send someone else to the vet.

I would like to give five stars for the amazing contribution to the well-being of my pet. That’s right “The best vet hospital on the planet”. I carried my pet in and he walked out. Today my pet is so healthy and happy. In a matter of two days he is back to normal. All thanks to vet Kaiser who saved my dog’s life. Great service, friendly and efficient staff and very reasonable price. Thank you so much.

We called the RSPCA as we had found some newborn kittens in our yard, they told us to take them to our local vet as they have a responsibility and duty of care to feed, check and take care of them. When we brought them in, the vet couldn’t have been less interested, she didn’t look at them, touch them, offer to feed them, it was very obvious she didn’t even care. Told us they would receive the same care at the vet as they would on the street and to find elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting.

I actually called them because a lost dog had found his way to my front yard, not really sure what to do I called them and they said to bring the dog over so they can check if he has a micro chip.I took the dog to them and they checked him and found the details of the owner from the microchip and contacted them. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Fairfield Road Vet Hospital.

I’ve heard this vet does amazing things for cat rescues and have friends with amazing experiences here but to my personal experience with my own cat I was very disappointed to how things were handled.
Basic protocol after surgery to be cleaned and be provided aftercare with pain medication was completely skipped resulting in my cat coming home bloody dirty and in pain. Being FIV + and old he should’ve been handled with extra care given he had a full mouth of extractions.
I did not feel comfortable going back after they told me to go back tomorrow and get pain meds that should have been given when picked up by my husband.
I went back to my old vet an hour away in the morning to get fluids and pain medication.
When I questioned which vet did it I was thrown around with no clear answer. Calls from myself and my old vet not answered. Documentation sent not clear on medication administered.
Through a third party, an answer and apology was given… honesty and being responsible to contact me and explain was all I wanted.
Having studied vet nursing and worked in clinics before I have a basic knowledge of standard duty of care. Otherwise to the general public be mindful.
I understand this could also be a one time mishap I hope the clinic will adjust their protocols.

The service is so bad and the staff are lacks of behavior, also the doctors are so bad because they don’t know what to do to help the pet to be better. One time I asked the receptionist to let her know that I don’t want specifics (name) doctor to consult my pet again because she just charged me and my pet didn’t get better, their responding was shocked because she told me if I didn’t like the service I better don’t come and go to another vet. And recently my pet was having a short breather because of medical issues, so I went to them to check my pet and had him like the whole day and nothing changed with his breathing and they’ve charged me $750 for nothing.

We have been taking our rescue dog there since we’ve had him. Donna and her team have always provided us and our dog with the best and kindest treatment and even during urgent care they have taken us in without an appointment. Recommend them to anyone.
