If you have a cat, you have to come here! Dr Peter is amazing. Knowledgeable, caring, open minded and extremely thorough. Yes it can take time to reach reception and the clinic is closed for a few hours during the day for surgical procedures. This clinic values the health of your cat over money. They don’t push expensive products Thank you so much for your great work.

I was referred by my br for my kitten’s teeth problem. So lucky that Dr Peter had a spot for us. I knew they’re so busy and not taking any new clients. Dr Peter is very nice and patient.

Last December, our family became very concerned about our cat’s eating habits, so we asked to book an appointment with Dr. Carol. The Burwood receptionist bluntly replied that we would have to wait three weeks, and it was very unlikely we would find anyone else to book us in at such short notice during the Christmas period. After consulting other clinics, we were able to book in our cat the very next week. He was rushed off to CARE Veterinary Hospital that same day and put down four days later after battling with lung cancer.
Not only were we treated so poorly after going to the clinic for many years, it upsets me that our cat would have had to suffer longer if we had waited almost more than the fact that he is no longer with us. Our pets are family, and if you can’t look after my family when they need you most, then you shouldn’t be running a clinic.
If you care about your pet like family, and would do anything for them no matter the cost, then this isn’t the clinic for you.

Best vet!💜 I brought my kitten here for a speying procedure just recently. I was nervous to leave her, but the staff were lovely and very reassuring. Everything went fantastically, and my kitten is healing well and very fast. They even put her little tattoo further into her ear where it less obvious, which I appreciate since she has very cute little pink ears.

I cannot recommend this vet enough, it was well worth the wait. I will definately feel safe and happy to bring my cats here in the future.
As a side note the price is also very reasonable, which is another huge bonus.

Helpful ReviewI asked Dr Carole once why are your prices so reasonable and her answer was to encourage people to do the right thing by their cats. Loved her answer.
Dr Carole and Dr Peter are calm, honest ( do not try to sell you anything), and genuinely have the cats best interest at heart. Their knowledge about cats is mind blowing!
Even though it is hard to get an appointment, it is definitely worth the wait if it is not an emergency. The clinics busyness clearly indicates the quality of care and service they provide.
Rachel and Anna ( receptionists) are very helpful too).
Not a fancy or big clinic like other vet clinics but I’m guessing this is why they can keep their prices reasonable ( thank goodness) . Love what the staff do for these cats!

Peter was absolutely amazing in helping my mother and myself deal with having to have our much loved 16 year old cat put to sleep. His compassion, warmth and humble words were so comforting. From the first time Pebbles encountered you (9 months ago) she was at ease – she was a feisty one but responded to you. His explanation of what was to take place was very emotional but made us feel at ease. Pebbles was presented to us as if she was asleep and looked absolutely beautiful. I have recommended this clinic to at least 10 colleagues & family members, all who now take their cats there. I’ve also had 2 x cats who I’ve taken here as well. Tonight when I called the clinic, I was extremely disappointed to be told my cat needs serious help as his condition sounds/could be “fatal” yet no one could see me at all – either tonight or tomorrow as they were fully booked. Yes it was a Friday evening at 6pm but EVERY other clinic (not 24 hour vet hospital) I called told me they were fully booked but they would make room to see me as they were worrried about my cat. Never will I return and never will I recommend them again. Lost all my respect.
