The “Real” KwOnSta.
One of the worst petsmarts out there. They got 50 employees working but they dont care about your situation at all…. half of them are on there personal phone and ignoring customers. Cashier is a jerk and refuses to listen to you. Just go to petco or somewhere else.

So long story short i’m
Helpful Reviewa broke college student with an expensive dog who eat 60 pound of food every 2 months, therefore i spend around $200 to maintain and advocate for his health and well-being. Well, Ty who works at the register/checkout was so helpful because i always worry about feeding my dog before i feed myself and he reassured me in every possible way that i can do it. Shout out to him because i was feeling really bad for having ran out of food and i felt better after leaving the store and acquiring amazing customer service from Ty
