Julian is a fantastic vet. And has looked after family pets over the years. So was my first choice with new pup. Unfortunately I’ve not had a good experience with one of the female staff who had been so rude.

Took my pet up to see what was wrong, thinking he was dying and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong when they only looked at him for literally 20 seconds then told me to take him somewhere else😡 So I went to another vets and they told me straightaway what was wrong. WILL NEVER take any of my pets back there again‼️

We had to have our cat euthanised and it was a beautiful experience.

goodbye and it helped so much. Julian, Caroline, Meghan and Tara
are all so kind and you are not rushed in and out of surgery.
I highly recommend the practice.

Our experiences with Julian and the staff have been brilliant they deal with my usually loveable and affectionate Jack Russell, except when at the vet (she growls at the staff and Julian a little muzzle and reassurance helps with that) When our 16 year old cat had to be euthanased Julian and and the staff were very sensitive and empathetic wrapping her in sheet so we could take her home to bury her and sending us a lovely sympathy card. We have just bought our daughter a little Ragdoll kitten and he will be a Janali vet pet as well.
