Lovely , kind, and helpful staff. Very clean and well organised. They lent us a cat carrying cage as we did not have one and we had a stray kitten hanging around and needed to check its microchip. Highly recommended

This Animal Hospital is also generous about the animals who bring their smaller animals in for treatment. We were running way behind schedule but they still allowed us to see Vet Todd who makes good connections with all the animals concerned.

I like the vets, but won’t go back because of one of the nurses is just nasty and uncaring.
I dropped my dog in for a procedure, he was scared so didn’t want to go into the room with her. I could have easily coaxed him to going in but I wasn’t allowed to enter. She put a choker chain on him and dragged him in.
Upon pickup she then had the gall to comment on him being scared as if I was an abusive owner. I don’t know if she’s there anymore but now I’ve established a relationship with another local vet.

Our usual vet is closed on Sundays and they managed to squeeze us in on short notice as we had an emergency with our kitten. The vet on duty was fantastic with our little kitty. She’s on the mend now, to our relief. Thank you again for the wonderful service & to the awesome team at Earlwood Animal Hospital. If I could post more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would.
