Bought a mouse here to feed my snake and it bit me on the hand (my fault).
After it had bit me, my entire arm broke out in a rash and I also felt sick to my stomach. The mouse fell in my snake tank and I figured that she would eat the mouse anyways.
The mouse bit my snake and not even 3 days later, both the mouse and my ball python died. Where the mouse bit my snake, the snake had a half inch or quarter inch sized hole where her skin rotted away.
Never had I had this problem before and I’ve had my snake two years. Thanks PetSmart for giving me a mouse that had a disease and killed my $500 snake.

Dropped my dogs off for a grooming. They had been there before and everything had always been perfectly fine. This time, not so much. Completely new staff then there was before. They didn’t listen to any of our health or safety concerns for our dogs. They didn’t complete the grooming. And our dogs came out very anxious. I would not recommend any dogs with anxiety or health issues going there (or really any dog).

Always go here as they have more products than Petco does as I’ve found out trying to buy the same products. Merrick petite in the cans for dogs can only be found at Petsmart, along with Science Dirt mini bites for dogs. A treat I used to buy online only Bilac is now at Petsmart, too, so it saves me big time from having to rely online to buy them. Overall, it’s one of the more extensive pet stores for products that I need monthly

Big selection and they have everything I need. If you watch for coupons and sign up for points, you can save a lot of money. They also accept competitors coupons. Not a lot of staff but you don’t need them except when there’s a line.

I have been going to Pet Smart for many years. The associates are incredible. From the grooming to the pet hotel, they are all so professional. My dog loves to go to Pet Smart. She gets so excited as we walk in the front door. The workers welcome her with hugs and kisses, they are the best.

Went in to get an aquarium that was on sale only to find out it was on sale for even more if you sign up for membership. The lady(sorry I can’t remember her name) at the register was extremely helpful getting me signed up and was very nice.
