Enrolled our Corgie puppy to the school with the great promises and sweet words from Jan(I think she must be the business owner) Went to one class and was bitterly disappointed! Was told to spray lemon scented spray on the floor of the room where the puppy is staying to prevent him to pee and poo on the floor! So, $37 later, we were stupid enough to do that! Our puppy was coughing and sneezing all night and we had to clean room next morning and make sure that our puppy is not harmed by this crazy advice (not to mention that spraying the room didn’t produce any results) Disappointed and very stressed I went to PETstock store to cancel the school and I was told that they can refund only $54 as our puppy had nails clipped (another joke worth $18) and we had 3 lessons (attended only one)

Called ahead enquiring if they had the product we needed in stock, they did! They also put it aside for me to pick up. Excellent service. If I could give them a higher rating it would still be higher then can be allotted! Thanks Petstock.

Ryan was super helpful and lovely – very knowledgeable about freshwater tanks and establishing BB to get the nitrogen cycle going. My goldfish will be very happy with all the great advice I got about tankmates, ammonia testing, air pumps and getting the tank stable with API QuickStart or Seachem Stability. Really pleased with the information and guidance especially considering the abundance of misinformation regarding fish care you can find in other places 🙂 🐟

The staff here are useless I went in on the weekend to buy some fish and accessories and waited for about 15mins and no one come up to me and again 4 days later only this time they where to busy scanning stock to worry about customers around 10 in shop looking so I walked out again and kept my money to spend in another store never again I’d rather drive to Frankston than shop here 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This business is very customer focused. If they do not have the item in stock they will take your information and get the product in for you. Otherwise they ring you to inform you they can not. We also used the petstock on line store item delivered by store with in 2 days. Such great service.

Especially with puppy school. Took my great dane here. My boy now 9 month old still visits his puppy trainer and they remember each other. My Great dane tail knocked over a heap of products when he got excited wagging. Staff were lovely and helped fixed it.
Great trained staff for advice and education on dog training and dog requirements.
Good selection of dog accessories and training equipment.
Nice range of dog food
My only complaint is not enough large sized dog clothes for my puppy.

We have been long time customers of Pet Stock. Today we went looking for a harness for our dog and after about 45 minutes looking for a suitable purchase we walked out without one. During that time not one sales assistant approached us to offer support or advice or any assistance. This was really disappointing. 😞

I usually shop at one of their local competitor stores due to a previous bad experience with Petstock, however I was recently in urgent need of some food for my Blue tongues and ventured in store looking for mealworms. The staff member, Reece, was excellent. He not only gave me some new food items for my lizards but spent 10 minutes helping to diagnose a potential issue I was having. As it turns out he was SPOT ON with his advice according to my Reptile Vet.
So thanks Reece and Petstock Mornington, you have regained a customer.

Usually I’m at least satisfied with the customer service here, and the acceptance of dogs of all breeds- however today’s experience has tarnished my loyalty to the store.
Firstly their flea and wormers that were on sale had the stickers in front of the wrong size products. Nothing too bad, just a bit disappointing and frustrating.
However the overall lack of friendliness in the store today, specifically shown to my dog who wears a head harness (Not for aggression, just simply to be able to walk her easier), which we’d even purchased from the store after an amazing employee recommended it for her a few years back. I would have thought the atmosphere of the store would’ve been lively, due to a dog rescue bbq happening outside and a kitten adoption near the counters.. but the sheer ignorance and even distaste for my kelpie shown today has left a foul taste in my mouth, especially because she was incredibly well-behaved and wasn’t causing any trouble at all.
As I’ve said a number of times now, I’m just thoroughly disappointed that I had to leave one of my favourite stores embarassed and frustrated. I’m not expecting a red carpet to be rolled out for her, but simply the same friendliness and welcoming-manner that was shown to other dogs who were in the store at the same time.
Just because she was not fluffy, pocket-sized and sparkling clean, it shouldn’t mean we should miss out on quality customer service we used to know.

I had a great experience at the store. Callan one of the employees provided a lot of good customer services and was very helpful. He knows everything about reptiles and fish and provided a lot of help and information all around great experience at petstock.
