Poor service and communication.

Spoke to Store Manager who stated they were behind due to difficult Dogs in the AM.
Asked why they didnt text me before 1pm and could have dropped him off at 4pm.
Save our dog being alone stuck in a strange enviroment for 3 hours.
“Oh we wouldnt let any dog be dropped off at 4pm thats too late”
WHAT THE its now 4pm and you were just about to start the service?
Store Manager not bothered and I wont bother returning.

Spacious premises (is part of a former Mitre 10 store) with friendly staff and one’s dog can be taken instore on a leash. Pets for sale include the occasional cat and aquarium species (E.g. tropical fish). They also have excellent puppy training classes. Unlike Petstock there are no resident vets but like Petstock, retail prices are often expensive.
