I phoned this morning as you have 4 jobs available. Phone not answered. No call back. I could have been a store owner wanting to place a few thousand dollar order. Looks like you’re so busy and don’t need any more business. I went there in person to ask about the job and wasn’t given the time of day or taken seriously. You’ve got a person who’s made an effort to show interest in wanting to work for your company and there’s no interest reciprocated. Seems like a great driven team you have.

Every time I call with questions not only is our account manager so informative and helpful, it’s never too much trouble for any staff that we have dealings with to help out. I can’t recommend highly enough. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the warehouse and was really impressed with their facility. Great to do business with.

Great people and awesome company to deal with. The sour grapes reviews from disgruntled ex staff, that were no doubt moved on for their incompetence and inability to handle hard work, are actually funny to read. Premier Pet are running a business not a welfare agency for needy, demanding & hopeless staff.

After one of my friends got fired for doing her job, I’m back for blood. This shack of fish is one WHS inspection away from being turned into firewood due to rusting ladders which actually broke under the weight of a casual employee, blatant corruption in the form of firing over 18’s for school leavers who don’t have the same skills as a worker of 3 years AND gross mismanagement of payroll by scalping employees of basic pay rate by shooting just below the bar.
To quote the great Gordon Ramsay.
“Shut it down”

Sara is so kind and very helpful. I arranged to come view the fish as I’m a manager of a pet store and wanted to see if any new fish I would want and she arranged a time and it was great to see the warehouse how the fish lived and all the different types.

Said they would approve my application if I got a warehouse, tanks and a sign. After spending thousands, they denied me their services as they’re to busy. Tried to contact management and just got ignored.
