Our dog, a Cavvy, was so happy and relaxed when we picked her up unlike at some groomers that terrified our dogs. Mitchel and his team are great groomers, very accommodating and great with pets. They treat all pets as though they were their own. The salon is very obviously kept super clean and always smells pleasant and the flower on the collar was a lovely touch. Thank you, very highly recommended.

Hello . all our prices very depending on style , length of coat, coat condition ect . We also are registered for GST so unfortunately we have to add the GST to the grooming price .

Extremely disappointed when my 8 month Lhasa Apso was trimmed to the skin, all his beautiful hair gone including moustache, ears everything, he had a few body Ma but not in his face and ears, he is completely skinned and will take around 12 months to get his character back. I am totally devastated. I believe it was just the quickest and easiest way to just take everything off. Mitch I know that you are an expert groomer as you have groomed my Roxie beautifully in the past that is why I brought Benji to you, I could accept his body may have needed shaving as he did have some matts, but why his moustache, face and ears, only one ear had a matt that I could have worked through it with him. All the black color on the bottom of his ears is gone, will that ever come back, and will his coat ever be normal again.?

Hello . Your 8 month old pup was extremely matted and we did tell you he would have to go short when we did the consultation . I will not put a dog through pain and discomfort by removing matting . Your dogs legs were matted to the skin his chin to the back of his ears was also matted to the skin his chest was also matted to the skin . I did scissor his ears to even them out as you had cut out knots . We do have photos of the matting as I did send them to you via sms we also have your voice message stating that he was matted . If you would like I can add the audio to the review . In future it is best that you brush and comb and get him regularly groomed . Now as an 8 month old puppy who has only had two grooms I would want him to enjoy getting groomed not hate it by pulling out Matts we want dogs to enjoy getting groomed not hate it . Leaving a 2 star review for your lack of brushing and neglect isn’t very nice as we did what was best for the welfare of your dog . Grooming isn’t a quick and easy job and I find your review insulting for accusing me on doing a quick and easy job I have been grooming for 13 years and I’m also an international certified master groomer . Clipping a matted 8 month old dog is extremely hard and risky to

Our Cavalier King Charles Toby, has alot of hip issues, they look after him so well and are gentle with him. He always looks and smells so good after a groom. Always happy to give me help and advice when he found a HOT SPOT on him. They put.on a magic powder which cleared him up. Highly highly recommend Mitchell and his staff. Our Toby is a anxious sooky boy but is happy to go for hos bath and cut. Thank you so much guys.

Took my two dogs here and both times they have come out looking gorgeous and happy. Ollie and Jeremy can get very anxious going to groomers but the staff are so nice and patient. It also helps that they have doggo refreshments – my cocker spaniels loves it! Thanks guys!

Due to a family member becoming ill and not being able to take care of their dog i needed to find a place who could fit me in as soon as possible. When i arrived i was embaressed due to misty being a complete mess. When i had come to pick her up i was amazed with the outcome! Smelt and looked great!. Was given advice on brushing and keeping the coat mantained so this problem wouldnt happen again. The staff are very intelligent and i am greatful i had found them. Me and misty cannot wait to come back!

Took my girl here for her first bath, was very nervous and unsure at first until staff walked out and which who she had warmed up to very quickly. She is usually unsure about people she doesn’t know so I was very surprised !, when I came to pick her up she ran out to me then ran straight back in to say goodbye to them!, I am so happy with the treatment of their clients and me and my girl are very keen to come back again !
