We have had Gloria as our vet since her early days at Melton Veterinary clinic and have followed her wherever she has gone, I cannot recommend her and the team at Vetcall highly enough, our Jack Russel Poppy has been getting seen by Gloria for allergies since she was a pup and a 6 weekly Cytopoint injection along with some simple measures has kept her comfortable and managed for 3 and a half years, she was diagnosed with toxic hepatitis after an ultrasound yesterday and I have been on the phone checking every item of food that I am going to give her, I had a chat with Maddison today about treats I bought her and she took down the brand names and ingredients which she will get Gloria to check and call me back to let me know if they are ok for her, Maddison was completely understanding of my desire to get it right and made me feel like Poppy was the only thing that mattered, I initially felt like I was being over reactive but Maddison just made me aware that I was doing the right thing by checking and it wasn’t a problem, l have always trusted Gloria, she did my dog Dexter’s puppy school and he’s now a very healthy 11 yo, the team at Vetcall are totally committed to their patients and totally supportive to their owners.

The team at Vetcall are professional, kind, and compassionate. They truly care about the animals they treat, and address the needs of each animal and owner as their first priority. They went above and beyond to give quality, compassionate care to my cat Manny in his final days of life, and made the process of euthanasia calm and very caring. I can?t thank you all enough for the wonderful care provided. I highly recommend this practice for their dedication, professionalism and kindness.
