Looking up the specific brand, filter, model online return the following ‘pasted’ result in relation to “compatible sized tank, water volume”….😔AGAIN! The “proprietor woman of this Petsland store displayed sooo poorly ALL OVER AGAIN all these YEARS LATER that as said “pet store owner/founder/proprietor (WHATEVER SHE IS), she obtains NO SUCH PET STORE OPERATOR, PRODUCT/NICHE EXPERIENCE in the business WHATSOEVER”! The “purchase receipt of the filter & extra items purchased states underneath line “We hope that you have a great day!!” Is the “stores own RETURN POLICY” stating, “We have a 7 day return policy, with receipt. Returns will not be accepted without receipt. Return policy not available on livestock”…😲0MFG👿
I purchased on 27/08/2024. Today is 05/09/2024! A mere “9 days, 2 days outside THEIR RETURN POLICY whereas BOLDLY HIGHLIGHTED on front, back & bottom of “FEATURES list” on side of filter packaging is STATED: “PETWORX 1 YEAR WARRANTY”!!! I`m POSITIVE I HAVE A SURE CASE with the ACCC for Petsland Port Adelaides (self appointed) disgraceful “7 day RETURN POLICY” on brands & products it distributes with declared “1 YEAR WARRANTY POLICY” backing on said products. I cannot apologise for the ‘BLATANT REALITY EXPOSED HERE in the FACT the “BUSINESS PRACTICE utilised by the proprietor/operator SHOULD NOT BE IN RETAIL BUSINESS let alone PET STORE BUSINESS”!
