I needed to talk to someone after hours as I am new to owning a dog and I was concerned about my puppy and what was going on with her tonight. In my haste, I accidentally called this vet (which actually isn’t the one I have been to before) but the vet Tom who answered was so calm, thorough and helpful to someone like me. So grateful.

Very caring and extremely capable, vets nurses and admin staff all very helpful. All vets are brilliant, but they have a gem in Alice who is caring, extremely capable, professional and presents and performs like a vet with 30 years experience, from horses to dogs. A credit to a great practice.

I just wanted to extend a huge thanks to you folk for treating our anxious lil boy poodle Boo today.
Getting an appt seemed almost impossible to us staying in Apollo bay so please pass on a huge thanks to Rhonda for getting us in, being so welcoming and professional. An extra special thankyou to Dr Evelyn for being the loveliest most gentle dr with our anxious and very much in pain Boo.

I can’t thank Ellie & Alice enough for taking extra special care of our Floyd the last few months before he passed. Contacting his specialist in Melbourne to make sure he had the best care possible between visits. Also a huge shout out to Tom who always made sure our other dog Crunchie (when reflecting now might have been a little bit neglected) was taken care of too. The reception staff and nurses are always so lovely. We’ve been going to them for years and never had a bad experience. Thank you for the beautiful card too

Shane was fantastic on New Years Day with our Fox Terrier Cross. We were traumatized after an accident and he had mamaged to lighten the stress and our moods with pure reassurance of both our dogs and our best interest at heart. Thank you again!
