A Vet from Dr Paws Wangaratta, was that incompetent and unprofessional that they incorrectly claimed that a DNA verified Natural Born Bobtail pup was docked by us, when even the RSPCA said we did not.
The Vet even incorrectly stated that a pup was months older than it actually was, if you can’t even actually tell the age of a pup you should not be caring for peoples beloved pets.
When I contacted the Vet with regard to their unprofessional behaviour they just ignored my complaint.

I just want to take the time out to thank Mandy and her crew for their amazing commitment to making sure our animal kids are getting the best care. Each time I go there. I feel so welcomed and know that my dogs are getting looked after by a confident, professional and caring team. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Paws to any of my friends or family. Wow what an amazing veterinary practice. Fantastic customer service, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out the door and they treated my old dog beautifully and gave me lots of treatment options. I’m so happy I changed to Dr Paws, can’t fault them.
