The staff here are goal and solution focussed, they assess what is best for your pets care, long term well being and give regular updates! Our Puppy is an unusual breed, Adam and Felix went above and beyond to research the best approach for her particular breed.

Disappointed to be under quoted nearly $700 for a cat dental procedure & removal of lump from nose, from original quote. Can understand a quote varying but not that much especially when cat’s teeth were not as bad as first stated. Also was told to expect phone call at lunchtime for pick up time & to know procedure went well which I didn’t receive. I rang them. Just a heads up that owners are worried about their animals having procedures so the sooner they know everything went well the less stress. On the bright side the two previous times I have been there prices were very reasonable & service exceptional

Fantastic service at a reasonable price.
Had to come in late on a Friday afternoon for some emergency stitches in our old dog. The vet was absolutely fantastic with both him and us, and an hour later we got our dog back (in a better condition than we left him). Would definitely go back.

Recently my sisters and I had to arrange a vet to visit my parents and our beautiful old family dog Kip) poor kip was too far gone and the vet had to put her down , but the compassion of this vet has left its mark on all of us , just today my mum and dad were sent flowers and card of condolences by the vet and it has impressed us so much . Thankyou to the lovely vet that helped my parents through that very tough day . Our whole family is very touched .
