Has good prices online for pet food and free local delivery, but that is it. Poor customer service, no tracking number provided, no idea when you are going to get your order… took a week and a half, and not even opening a case in paypal got them to provide any details. So it miraculously appeared at my doorstep just the day before I was going to escalate for a full refund.

So impressed with this Pet supply store. Had our poodle groomed here and this would have to be one of the best groomers we have used. Poodle so well groomed, nails clipped, poodle bathed and groomers so professional and gentle with our poodle. Pet store clean and what I can see the pets well cared for. Will be highly recommending to others.

Went there twice for my groodle. The first time was ok, although I noticed the ears were not cleaned properly.
Helpful ReviewSecond visit was disappointing. Inspite of asking to do the ears properly, the ears were not done at all during a full groom. I was also charged more this time.
I went back the next day for the ears, and he got a whole lot of wax and hair out.
Dogs are made to sit in a strange drying box.
Never going back here again.

Very disappointed- I used to come here regularly but the last time I brought my cavoodle, the outcome of the groom was extremely uneven scissor work. Choppy body, choppy paws, everything. We also returned when they told us he would be ready by (1.5hrs later) then we had to wait another 40 minutes. He was not even clipped yet and was sitting in the dryer waiting. Then because my dog saw me in the distance he started crying because he wanted to see me. The calm dog who arrived after my appointment was then handed back to his owner and there I was waiting still for my now anxious dog after 2 hours and then I get a sub-par grooming result. Not impressed.

I love league of pets! I have some guinea pigs and a cat and I often go to this store to get supplies! The items are easy to navigate and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

literally the worst grooming possible you can get, a overpriced charge out of nowhere during pick up, breaks promises on beginning price and refuses to accept my dog anymore because she is problematic. aren’t y’all supposed to be professionals or at least loyal to previous customers? there’s a reason we pay you money to take good care of our pups, and now I’m not even sure y’all were treating her well. the way she is so anxious with these groomers, there were never problems with any other groomers so I am confused when I hear that she is ‘difficult’.

Wonderful place for pet grooming. I have two dogs, and they both like to go there. The clerks are so nice that they are already friends and each time the two little buddies get treats. They are really enjoy the time there. After each bath they sell pretty good and touch soft. And they can help to take pets to vet for vaccine or medical treatment, which is quite convenient.

The manager is really erratic, argumentative and on edge, and always seems stressed out about something. The shop is understaffed if more than two people walk in. Have told them on numerous occasions to fill up their animals water and food bowls, especially on hot days. The hermit crabs were almost dead. For a while, their pet hay had mites in it – you could see it through the plastic, but of course they denied it. For the love of God, shop somewhere else!!

Poor customer service, disrespectful language. Have been here several times for my dog’s grooming, every time I go there, the customer service is getting worse and worse. Stumbled across this place ten minutes before closing, as I had two days work in the area. Went in and saw they had bunnies, so had a quick cuddle. Went back the next day and hung out a couple of hours getting bunny cuddles and observing. The owner, Shane knows and genuinely cares about his customers. I observed as an elderly customer who he knew by name immediately, came in confused about what his wife had sent him up for. Shane knew though and took him right to what he needed. When the elderly gentleman was still unconvinced (smart man rightly knows happy wife happy life), Shane rang his wife to double check and reassure the man. He knew almost every customer who walked through the door, what they buy and what animals they have at home. This sort of customer service is the kind you never see anymore and we all talk about with longing as something from days gone by that doesn’t exist anymore. I would tell anyone to go to this place, even if you have to drive further to do so. As if this sort of service was not enough, the prices too are fantastic from what I noticed and the range of products extensive.

Big shop with lots of different stuff for everything you may need for your pets. Sell some animals as well such as kittens, bunnies, guinea pigs, fish. Got a 6 time quick wash card at end of 2015, no expire date on card both side. Only used twice so far. But when I book for another wash, I was told it is expired. The lady owner is so rude and so ridiculous, like most of those reviews, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
