Great practice, Dr Andrew managed to fit my dog Leddy cowpig in for an emergency appointment and she loves him so much, he was gentle, explained everything throughly and eased my anxieties too. Would recommend this practice 10 times over 💛

We booked in to get a second opinion and had to cancel 2-3 times unfortunately because initially a family member got covid, then our workplace and the 3rd appointment today my cars battery died. We were met with aggression over the phone and zero empathy. We have had some of the hardest weeks of our life and all they could say is “we will charge you double for the next appointment”. Vet bills and medical bills are tough enough and we have kept them updated as best we can, at any sign of sickness which is stated in their confirmations to let them know. When we were sick we still would’ve taken our dog but didn’t and we’re honest to protect others. In return this is how we are treated. I’ll take the car battery going as a sign that this really wasn’t meant to be after the distasteful and uncaring reaction that they have had. Empathy goes a long way they even said they could see us tomorrow but only if we prepaid double the amount. Horrible.

Thank you to everyone at All Animal Eye Services. Throughout the whole process from first to last visit and beyond, each and every one of the staff were lovely and thoughtful, both with me and my cat. My cat had a tumour growing on her third eyelid–almost completely covering her eye–which needed to be surgically removed and sent for biopsy. The surgeon did a great job and her eye healed nicely. As the biopsy unfortunately showed malignant results, they took the time afterward to explain (a couple of times) my options moving forward in finding an oncologist and they wrote a referral with history.

Had to pay again for a follow up after 3 weeks $242 for consult nd eye drops
Drops were $92
Better off going to GP
Then I have to go again for another follow up in 4 weeks
Good God. Expensive enough. Only a very small dog

Our 7 mo baby girl Leyla had cataracts at a young age. She is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and came to us with clean bill of health. She just had her surgery today and she is back home. I was assured that her surgery went well and she has many follow up making sure all will be well indefinitely. They are a great team, understanding and caring. Thank you for looking after our baby🤗

I was referred to All Animal Eye Services by my vet to treat my dog for her ocular prolapse. The team were super friendly and supportive and the doctor gave me extensive information on the condition as well as the treatment plans and medications so I can fully understand everything. Massive thanks to all the staff and especially Dr Simon Hurn that completed the operation on our fur baby Eddie. Not an easy task handling a very nervous 44kg Ridgeback puppy during Covid-19 lockdown and I was unable to escort him into surgery. Excellent results, exemplary follow up and support and wrapped with the results. Would highly recommend them to anyone else that requires eye doctor (opthalmologist) for their fur babies…

To the Animal Eye Services Staff.
I’d like to thank Simon in particular for his informative and accurate explanation of my dogs condition.
I proceeded with the Cataracts removal operation knowing pre operation that Maddy had PRA and there was no guarantee she would re gain eye sight.
Thankfully I did as she now has fantastic vision in both eyes and has regained her confidence and quality of life.
I would strongly recommend that others should always try the operation, as the outcome can be very different than expected.

So extremely disappointed with my experience at this so called specialist. After spending $3.5k less than 10 weeks later my dog needed repeat surgery to which they tried to charge me again when I questioned this the surgeon was extremely rude to which he then told me the dog did not need the surgery, I chose to leave with my dog as his actions lead me to believe my dog would not have been in the best hands. I got a second opinion I was correct in my observations so now my poor pup is up for another major operation due to their incompetence of knowledge in this specific breed of dog. Do your research and don’t just go where your vets suggests.
