Local vet that is now looking after our 2 fur babies. Very happy with everything. The vet needed to call back with some test results and did exactly as she said she would by calling that afternoon. Our dogs try to go in every time we walk past which shows how good the vets are with them.

All the staff are so sweet and friendly. Our Boston terrier pup enjoys his routine vet visits because he gets lots of cuddles from everyone in reception. The vets are really caring, thorough and happy to answer any questions. Prices are really reasonable too. We’re so glad to have such a great clinic local to us.

You never want to see your pet leave this world, and this Monday was the hardest day of my life, but all the staff and special the doctor Elena helped us in a way that I can’t explain. My wife is 40 weeks pregnant and Elena was amazing talking to her, she gave us all the support possible and made us understand that our decision was the right one. If I was able to give you more stars I would do it, by far the best staff of the city, amazing doctors and all the information is really clear from the beginning.

Had an exceptional experience at Albert Park Vet with Dr Elena. Our cat Maceo had been recently diagnosed with FLUTD and required emergency care — Albert Park Vet has provided us with outstanding after-care and a treatment plan to help manage his symptoms for a healthy recovery. Dr Elena is excellent. Our kitty with a disability has had one visit here for a sore eye (and was able to get an appointment on the same day I called) & we will definitely be coming here for both our cats as our new regular vet.
She was incredibly thorough, attentive, and described all her thoughts and plans for treatments in a way that we easily remembered & understood. Elena was very cuddly & loving with Katsu, which put her right at ease. Lots of follow up/communication after the appointment re blood test results too. 100% would recommend, especially if you have a special needs pet 🙂

I have to say what a caring, loving environment Albert Park Vet is.
Helpful ReviewOur whippet was diagnosed two weeks ago with a massive tumour wrapped around her spleen and the prognosis was grim to say the least.
Elenor took her case so personally, and within minutes she had arranged emergency surgery, and followed up like a champion.
Thanks to her urgent action Chloe is now out of the woods and has a new lease on life.
If you consider your pup as family and care about their welfare, you can do no better than put their care in the hands of Albert Park Vet.
After a horrible experience at another vet with chloe’s brother, we are so thankful that nothing was too much trouble with this team. They treated Chloe as a human and went the extra mile to ensure her welfare was paramount.
Thank you so much guys. You have a customer for life!

after having a couple of bad experiences with our other Vet – we moved over to Albert Park Vet – and this was the best decision ever made! We have been to 3 of the Vets working there -and they are all great!. We are now with Elena – and the level of service is exceptional! never an issue to get an appointment – even when they are fully booked they do the best to fit you in. also getting follow up calls – to check in and just make sure everything is OK. We have 2 dogs and they are bot “clients” of theirs. What an amazing place!

Elena knows how much you love your pet and has the most wonderful “bedside” manner. It’s a necessity to take your pet to the vet and more worrying at times than a trip to the dentist, but Albert Park Vets are terrific and you usually walk away confident that things are under control. Very grateful.

Elena kindly stayed overtime to see us after we came home after hours to realize our kitten has an eye infection. We had never been there before and this was extremely kind of her to do. Once we arrived she was so gentle and professional and the medication took care of the problem quickly which was a relief.

Left my cat there for 4 days and for the whole time he was left in a cage. I was told he was Verbally aggressive? WT? Apollo is a 2 yr old rescue cat so leaving him in cage for the whole time has scared him. They were not looking after him at all. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The team here was attentive and lovely. My kitten unfortunately got fleas from his carrier, and they flea treated him for free with his castration, as well as washing out the carrier and his blanket. The vet on duty (9am, Friday 2 February) was simply delightful and I am so grateful for the attention and love she showed my baby. ❤️

Our family went there and had a vaccination for our 4month old kitten last weekend. That was an amazing experience. From making an appointment with the receptionist on the phone to getting greeted by the on-site receptionist on that day and the vet, it was fantastic. The vet was really informative, gentle and just down right nice. We are definitely going back there again in a heart beat. Albert Park Vet is officially our family vet for our cat from now on.
