Super friendly team. We had concerns about our 4 month old puppy and how she would handle the other dogs, but Reza was fantastic – keeping her separated from the others until she seemed comfortable socialising. He was also sending photos of her and her interactions which was very reassuring to see.

It’s now our second time to have Jeannene and Reza look after Soju in day care. They are very easy and prompt to deal with they sent us a photo of him playing with his new friends which made us feel very relaxed. I was lucky to find PetStays when the pet hotel cancelled Chloe’s accommodation at the last minute. Jeannene made the effort to answer all my questions and assist me with arranging pick-up for Chloe. Chloe enjoys her stay at Pet Stays and has been there for long vacations since last year. She is always excited to be picked up by Jeannene. I can tell that Jeannene, Reza and the other staff took great care of Chloe, as she always returns home happy and well-groomed. I get lots of photo updates every week. They help Chloe socialise with the other dogs and pamper her with treats.

Our Goldern Retriever Daisy has been staying at Pet Stays for two years now! She has had long stays of up to two weeks and shorter stays of a couple of nights or more. She is always very happy to arrive there and always comes home very happy. I know I can relax and not worry as she is being loved and cared for, like a home away from home (her holiday time). We always love getting photos of her there. We now have a 7 month old Golden Retriever Jasper and they both just stayed for the first time. It is great to have such wonderful people looking after them both! I highly recommend them!!

Well what can we say Michelle. We all fell in love with little Benji your 12 week old Staffy pup. Such a soft little belly and such a good pup. Sits and waits for his food. Is learning to not push past in and out of doors, plays well with others even though he is still learning his social ques and also great on his own. NO scratching at doors and windows. We would love to watch him grow. Thank you both again.

We were really anxious leaving our fur-babies for the first time. We received photos as assurance that everything was going to be ok and it was!
Jeannene and Reza are so experienced and they go beyond the extra mile. They understand each dogs needs to ensure the best possible experience. You guys are an absolute blessing!
We highly recommend Petstays Melbourne. We would definitely leave our dogs with Petstays the next time we return to Melbourne. If only you guys were in Sydney!!!
