I woud just like to say a very big thank you to Chiyoko for all the help she and her team have given me as they try to fit me in again for a cancellation. They had organized one before but unfortunately both my daughter and husband had a problem or two so I had to cancel. I am so appreciative of the time they have taken and look forward to our second visit as soon as they can fit us in. I have just been told by a dear friend that every friend she has in the nearby suburb all take their dogs to Mucky Mutz and think they are wonderful. margaret-anne

I took my dog there for full grooming but very disappointed. Poor customer service and all the little hair that was cut off still stay on my dog body, my clothes and my car. they didn’t blow it away after cutting

We absolutely love this place! They clean our baby so well. His nails get trimmed to a good length. His ears cleaned out properly and his coat washed so well he has minimal shedding for weeks! The smell of the shampoo they use is wonderful. We can smell it in his coat for the following 2 weeks! The ladies are al very friendly. You must book though for a weekend especially as they get really busy!

I take my Samoyed there once every three weeks and he’s always excited to go into the shop. I’m always impressed with the result considering my dog has a short attention span and has to be constantly in everyone’s business when he is out in public.

My wife took our dog here 4 month ago. When she picked him up she noticed cuts in between he”s paws that where red raw.Then we found cuts on the ears. We told them we want him trimmed they done a horrible job and we not the only ones to complain.It has happened alot of my customers i speak to at work have had same problem to. We have photos of what happend to our dog.Please report it to RSPCA if it happens to you.

I have been taking my dog to this grooming salon since they opened.
Helpful ReviewMy dog, which is a Papillon, should be very difficult to tidy up, because they have to use scissors to complete the total shape instead of a clipper. However, they have experienced groomers whose work is always neat and gorgeous.
I’m impressed by their professional technique and great service every time.
I highly recommend this salon.

I have been taking our Standard Poodle Bella to Mucky Mutz since Chiyoko took over the business, I have always found Chiyoko and her girls kind, caring, and skilled in their grooming services. Bella always wags her tail on entering Mucky Mutz which is a good sign 😄 I am also impressed with the notice they take to anything abnormal with our dog and they always notify us immediately, it is almost like a Semi vet check !
