I’m sorry but you shouldn’t advertise as emergency if you don’t have the staff. The first time we came for emergency we waited an hour to be seen, the issue wasn’t as serious however today’s issue was. We waited well over an hour, with a person coming in after us and being seen before us so my partner asked how much longer and the assistant said “oh what are you here for?” And proceeded on as if we weren’t even logged in to the system. There’s no customer service, no checking in, no coming over to ask if issues have gotten worse, to update on the timeline of a wait, or if you can’t see an emergency case say so and give a timeframe on the wait or offer an alternative place to go. Our pup had a serious injury which we weren’t even acknowledged for the entire time and sat for far too long. We ended up getting annoyed as we reached near 1hr 40 and got up and left to go to another emergency vet who helped us within 10 minutes and our dogs injuries were serious. Really sad – don’t advertise as emergency if you lack staff to keep up with patients or at least have you staff show some care and compassion to the patients. I’m annoyed with myself that I allowed us to wait that long considering what we were there for. I hope you guys see this as opportunity to improve so you can do better.

I’ve been taking my dog here for years and have always felt like they take excellent care of her. Recently she needed some help through emergency at 11pm one night after some dental work at another vet. Sam, Liv and Jackie you’re all legends. Thanks for looking after my dog with such care

My dogs become very ill, lost ability to walk and urinate yet they vet won’t even THINK of having a look at her when I brought her in without a lump sum of money. Not even in emergency! So sad. 0 stars for not helping my fur baby at all! 😡

I?ve been here twice in the after hours and in particular this Sunday morning. The vet and nurse were truly amazing. I?ve met a lot of veterinarians but this one was thorough and helpful and it was just what I needed. The nurse was awesome and so helpful and gave me a few things to help me out. So thanks !
