Absolutely brilliant. I’m definitely not going to any other vet. Hope was so kind and gentle. She was amazing. Recommend this clinic over any others I’ve tried over the years.

The whole Eureka team is great but Dr Claire Rose is exceptional. She explains everything really well, nothing is too much trouble and she’s always happy to answer our random questions and hear our concerns. She’s very caring with my dog who is anxious and sometimes freaks out at the vet. Claire is very compassionate and down to earth, and clearly wants what’s best for both the animal and the parent.

My beautiful little girl ❤️ was looked after by Mel and she was so kind and caring. When my beautiful girl got so ill Mel was so kind and caring helping us as she passed away we have nothing but admiration for Mel and the vet clinic

They’ve hiked up their prices to ridiculous levels. Paid 1/4 the price when ringing around and found an awesome vet in Clunes. Never using eureka again. Phone staff very arrogant and lacking.

love that u teach me things abt my dog when i ask but i wish u instead told me what is possible yknow. like sneezing and coughing for a dog can be signs of a loose trachea. i had to bring that up. my dog is 13 and shes been doin that for a While. just wish these things had a chance of being picked up by the vet, not me.
