Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Bannockburn Veterinary Clinic has garnered high praise from numerous pet owners, who commend the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Many have been loyal patrons for years, driving long distances for the superior care provided, including weekend accommodations for pets, and are appreciative of the compassion shown during tough times, such as when a pet needs to be put to sleep. The clinic's services are described as super professional and of excellent quality. Although a couple of patrons felt the prices were a bit steep, and had an issue with prescriptions, the majority found them affordable. The clinic's puppy school also stands out for building confident owners and well-behaved puppies. All in all, Bannockburn Veterinary Clinic comes highly recommended for its outstanding service and dedicated team.

Great Vets we drive 45 minutes out of our way because the Vets in my area are hopeless.

I have been going to the Bannockburn Vets for many years with many pets. All my pets loved going there. All the staff are fantastic. But I had to have my old girl put to sleep on Friday, I would like Elliott to know how much I appreciated how much he cared not just about my Lara but also about how I was feeling. Thank You for remembering Angus & saying they are going to be together again. It really helped me. You are always the one I want to take care of my babies from now on. Once again Thank You Elliott.

Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to assessing my guinea pig. Very happy with my experience and not as pricey as I was fearing. The staff were caring and understanding and couldn’t ask for better. Would definitely recommend.

Vets helped me with my pooch, prices very expensive and the receptionists were not exactly friendly, but you get that I guess. Vet was good though.

Registered my dog there, took him for a check up. Will not allow prescriptions to be issued for elsewhere, other vets will. Will price gauge you 4 times the amount at their prices, despite I can get his medication for a quarter of the price. Will not use this Vets again. Do not recommend.
