Friendly, caring and compassionate team who supported us through the passing of 3 family dogs over the last 4 months. I’ve been to many vets over the years but the team here genuinely care for both pet & owner.

While I love this vet practice it’s also super frustrating.
The service provided by the receptionists, nurses and vets is amazing and I cannot fault them. They’re all kind, professional and give exceptional care.
However not being able to schedule appointments is extremely frustrating. People are busy with limited time.. to have it wasted travelling there then another half an hour to be seen is unacceptable for a 5 minute consult. This also makes their minimal car park situation worse and the waiting area crowded. I don’t feel comfortable waiting in such a small space when some of the other pets may be contagious.
As much as I love this vet I will likely have to find a new place as I just don’t have the time to sit and wait around.

The veterinarian clinic was outstanding! I called up ine morning and described the symptoms that my cat was experiencing and they immediately fit me in, to see a vet. It wasn’t good news for her, which was very distressing to hear as I loved her very much.
The ladies at the vets were supportive, compassionate and patient with me as it took me another day and a half to say good bye to my Skye. Then when I was ready, they fit me in again and supported Skye’s transition over. I couldn’t think of a better vet clinic to have gone through this experience, than with Bassendean Veterinarian Hospital.
They’re also connected with Lawnswood, a cremation service. Lawnswood is another 5 star service that support you through the transition.

My 14yr old Shitzu left for doggy heaven one week ago….The compassion understanding and most importantly professional health guidance throughout her life cannot be underestimated From the reception with Lindsay to my go to Vet Jo always made feel that my beautiful girls health interests were front and centre.
