We have been attending this practice for many years. Dr Karishma is a wonderful veterinarian who will take the time to listen and establish rapport with your furry one. My dog has anxiety and allergies and she has been a tremendous help in supporting us with each step with practical strategies. All the nurses are also incredibly knowledgable and warm. Would highly recommend this practice!

We have visited this practice several times in the last 12 months. We have dealt with various receptionists, nurses and vets. They’ve all been really caring, professional and courteous. As a naive, new puppy owner, my questions have always been answered with patience and respect. First class care. Highly recommended.

Writing this in retrospect as we moved out of area years ago- but we would like to give a massive shoutout and thanks to Dr Markus Mander for being the absolute best vet we ever had. This guy loves animals and it shows. He performed surgery years ago on our beloved but very naughty frenchie Oliver who had a bowel obstruction…twice! He was incredibly professional, calm and did an amazing job. Only downvote was for pricing as SAH is on the higher end. But In this case quality pays. Thank you again Markus, you rock!

ABSOLUTELY HORRID! Do not go here. We are from out of area and my dog suffers from anxiety. They refused to let me be present during treatment and now my dogs behavioural issues are much worse. Such a stressful experience for her. If you have a dog that is afraid DO NOT GO HERE. Staff were pretty unsympathetic. I’ve been to multiple vets where simple treatments like needles have been done in consult rooms. I wish I could sue them for the grief this causes my dog.

Late July we said goodbye to our gorgeous rescue greyhound Peppi. We had him for almost 9 of his 12 and a half years of life. He came to Marvelous Markus and the Kellyville team a bit under 3 years ago after an horrific leg injury which Markus repaired. With enormous care compassion and consideration he came out of it with barely a scar no limp; a happy dog and happy us. Unfortunately the poor dog developed a bone cancer in his front leg late last year. After much deliberation, amazing collaboration (whenever we needed clarification) and soul searching we all agreed to giving him a chance with amputation. The brave soldier coped and recovered well with the huge op.
Helpful ReviewUnfortunately, with reduced balalnce and a fall, after X-ray to discover why we all decided again with amazing understanding that we needed to say goodbye. One of the girls I think it was Nic said that saying goodbye and looking after a pet soon to leave this world was the best part of her job. I was a little taken aback at first but to her it was a privilege to look after them in their final hours. The beautiful respect and kindness shown to myself my husband our son and Peppi was astonishing. Even afterwards organising the post euthanasia pick up honey pie Belinda helped reassure me she would “haunt the guy if he didn’t look after Pep”. This practice is the most soulful emotionally aware and thoughtful practice we have ever been to. The whole event was as “good” as it could be and it has taken this long to be able to put my thoughts down. I tell everyone for any serious injury to their pet this is the only place to go. Markus is my hero and all the girls ( I know I have mentioned only a few plus Bec) but thank you thank you all. Pep was very lucky. We had him for nearly 3 years more than we thought we would every day was worth it.😍😍😍

My dog, Baxter has been attending the practice for approx 14years, always treated with such loving care & understanding as if he is their own pet. Baxter has used all the different services over the years & I would highly recommend Marcus & his team.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at SAH Kellyville. I came in with my 2 cavoodles who were anxious, being in a new environment. The vet did not offer them a treat, smile or acknowledge them in a positive manner. My dogs were clearly distressed but he did not care. He didn’t even solve the problem I came in for. It is also a very overpriced vet. I would not recommend this vet.

Highly recommend SAH kellyville! We bought our cat Ivy in and the vet was extremely helpful, very detailed and took close attention to everything we were saying. We now have one healthy, happy cat and it’s so lovely for them to give us a call to check up on her. Thanks so much to the whole team there 🙂

I took my dog here in an emergency and staff were so caring and knowledgeable that we quickly made them our regular vet. All staff we have met are great at communicating medical issues, really love the animals, and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your pet is safe and you’re comfortable. I always felt my dog was in good hands no matter how sick he got. Glad we found this place.
