Very friendly. Great communication. Honest with clients, pricing is reasonable, worth travelling to. Fiona is the best vet I have been to, will continue to travel to her. New facility is fantastic, a lot of effort has gone into it and it has paid off.

Very friendly vet and receptionist. Vet had a good gentle touch with my dog and cat. I thought the rates were very good too. Fitted me in when I was worried about my cat’s health, even when I missed my first appointment time because my cat was hiding. Cannot speak highly enough of the service and care.

Changing vet is as difficult, if not more difficult than changing your GP. So moving to a small country town you hope your vet will be good. Dr Fiona, is not just good, she’s fantastic!! Her manner is gentle and calming which is important for the patients and their human helper. Her explanations are considered and her ability to hear your concerns/questions and address them is reassuring. Her expert handling skills of her patients are obvious from the get go.
