    These locally made biscuits from Bowral are the best – the lamb and chicken have no artificial colours and are human grade ingredients. Maui loves them and they love his delicate tummy!!

    Excellent product, price and service.
    I order Fit n Flash chicken breast fillets in bulk for my Maltese. She is elderly, has pancreatitis, Cushings and other illnesses and this is only treat she can safely eat. The price is fantastic, service is excellent- cannot fault in any way & always stock available. Cannot recommendation highly enough using We Know Pets for your pet’s needs. Orders arrive in a few days and delivery updates are great as you know when goods will be arriving.

    Great prices for Fit n Flash bulk buys – our puppy loves these treats that were recommended by our vet! A lovely little handwritten note arrived in our order from Sophie which added a lovely touch. Delivery to Qld was quite good – 4 working days considering NSW lockdown.     Really happy with the purchase of an Aqua One Aquarium. Was purchased online for my Sons 5th Birthday and came very quickly. It had extra wrapping to ensure it came safely and a nice little handwritten note from Kelsey. Needless to say we had a very happy boy on his birthday.     Amazing store, great supplies for all kinda of animals and great atmosphere. All the animals seem very happy and healthy and they have a wide range of aquarium plants and fish. Worth going in even if you just want to look at the animals and the staff are super nice and knowledgeable especially the young lady who sets up all the fish tanks.

    Expert, knowledgeable, friendly service from people who know and care about the animals and products they sell. My wife and I recently adopted two rescue kittens from there and we could tell how well they had been cared for. For pet supplies, this is your one stop shop!

    Jeremy the owner really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to help, he has trained his staff the same. One of the few stores or places in bowral that is friendly, prices are reasonable and friendly, 3 things not that popular with most shops in teh area.
