Horrible customer service, I received a message about my appointment which I had forgotten as I have a 4 months old which has been unwell. I called to let them know I could be there 7 minutes late as that’s how far I live but they refused and said I would be charged a 70% fee for a no show even though I could of made it just 15 mins after my appointment time. I have never come across a place like this as while I waited on the phone for them to let me know if it was ok that I would be a bit late. I wasted the additional time frame.
Helpful ReviewI will never use them and definitely not recommend them to anyone. I will make sure to past on this horrible experience to everyone I come across with. Please be careful when booking with them as God forbid you have an accident and arrive late to your appointment as they won’t care and still charge you. As the owner said to she had to “pay staff’ I don’t think she pays them $77 an hour. Disgusting to see how they steal money potential customers.

So happy with the results. Staff were helpful and gave us a half hour warning on when to pick her up. Some times my dog gets scared by rough groomers but she was so happy when we picked her up. Groom was very even and my requests were listened too. Our dog smells wonderful and clean.

Yes! Another happy, stress free trip to the groomers done! These guys take such good care of my dogs and I love them coming home smelling as delicious as they do. I could not recommend Kirsty and the team enough! Thanks guys

Absolutely Amazing! I took my Boarder Collie to Urban tails today my dog has zero grooming experience and is not good with other dogs and on top of that had some matting on his bum as he never let’s me brush there. I rang and told them my issues and they were super accommodating scheduled a time when only my dog would be coming in and out and managed to get an amazing groom with no matts and still looks a million bucks. Couldn’t recommended them enough!!!!!

I took my 5 month old Toy Poodle Rolly in today to be groomed and I am so impressed with the results. He is nervous in new situations and when he is without me or my partner (thanks to the lockdown!) and the groomer made him feel comfortable and worked with him to ease his nerves. The groomer gave me advice on what to do to help her out next time which I really appreciated. Rolly looks absolutely wonderful and we can’t wait to continue using Urban Tails Grooming as he grows. You can tell how confident he feels too! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and excellent quality groom! Here are some before and after pics of our fluffy boy to a beautifully groomed boy!

Our little fur baby Semi has been seeing Kirsty and the team from Urban tails since a puppy 6yrs now and he wouldn’t want to see anyone else. Kirsty is so professional , caring and gently with our boy and he always loves and gets excited for his 6-8 weekly groom. We highly recommend

Hands down – Urban Tails provides the best grooming service in town!
The team there are super friendly and very professional when it comes to grooming.
Our corgi (Tato) loves getting pampered by Urban Tails.
He always leaves the groomers looking super fresh, extra happy and smelling like a blueberry (which we absolutely love!)

Helpful ReviewOur groomer had been looking after them for 5 years when she left for another job, and she was not able to tell us where she was going. After some serious cyber stalking I tracked her down at Urban Tails.
I was worried the boys would take a long time to settle in a new place but the other girls were so great with them they were pretty much instantly at ease. They love their Carley and are quickly becoming firm friends with the other staff too.
Urban Tails is always clean and well presented. Plenty of parking. And making an appointment is a breeze with the online service, meaning if you’re like me and forget to call during business hours you can jump on anytime and book them in!
During lockdown we haven’t been able to visit but can’t wait to get back there and have them both smelling and looking super fresh and clean! Rocky and Bruno say hi!

We are thrilled to have found Urban Tails for our young groodle pup. She has quite a straight fleece coat that knots easily & consequently I was dreading her first groom. Our experience with Urban Tails was nothing short of brilliant! The girls really took their time to assess her coat & provide feedback on the likeliness of achieving my requested cut (teddy bear). I was blown away by their work when I picked her up, it was more than I could have imagined and I certainly owe that to the expertise and patience provided by the groomers.
The girls are friendly, reliable, honest & caring. Blush came home in good spirits and not only looked fabulous but smelt incredible, too.

I came to urban tails and was quite nervous to use a new groomer as mine had moved away. I was over the moon when they bought my fur baby out, it’s the best cut she’s ever had. We will definitely be back !!

Kirsty has been grooming both my dogs for the last 7 years even before she has her Bradbury shop. I never feel unsatisfied. Both my dogs had different personalities and kirsty caters to their needs accordingly.

We took our standard poodle here after our regular groomers was closed, she was overdue by a couple of weeks so badly in need of a groom. She looked fantastic when we picked her up! 🐩 We had her out with us over the weekend and got so many wonderful compliments about how great she looked. We’ll be taking her back for sure!
