The store is clean and with all the supplies you furry friend can ever need..I picked up a new mat and toys…. with a dog you’ll need to replace these things often.
My Roy always looks his best… but it’s three hour wait until he’s done…Wish there was food court nearby..

Called me 30 mins after I dropped my dog off that I needed to pick him up and that they couldn’t finish him because he wasn’t cooperating,and now after picking him up he’s being aggressive and biting(which he has never done before). I don’t know what they did to him but I don’t trust this place for grooming!

Coming here this morning was a huge inconvenience! I have two dogs that needed to get a bath and have their nails done and on the website they advertise walk-in services as well as the grooming area opens at 9:00. I show up at 9:00 and find out because they’re registers are not open I actually can’t have my pets taking care of if their appointment was not booked at a different time. They need to put this on their website. The night before I called and asked about training classes. Understandably the lady at expressed that they don’t have enough people in the store working when I asked if she was okay because her tone was intense with me. However, I’m still a customer that has nothing to do with the fact that your corporate office does not supply enough people. They may have a lot of things to offer but they have a very poor way of communicating it and I think I’d rather go to Petco for a while because at least they are very clear with communication it’s just that this location is closer to home. How disappointing this morning!

I did not have a good first time ever in a PetSmart experience, b/c the cashier was yelling at me when I gave her the medical cards and did not know that I had to pick out the prescription food myself and bring it to the cashier. She yelled at me say where’s your stuff? I said oh I just wanted to fill the prescription and she yelled again say yes I know but where’s the food. She said you have to get the food then come back her and pay for it, I said okay, but why are you yelling at me. First impressions at times can make or break a deal. In this case I felt really uncomfortable being in that store.

Went to pick up a new collar and they only had one in stock. It took a while to find it, but we left with what we came for so it was a good day!
