Review Summary
Here's a summary of the most recent reviews on The Pet Community
Petbarn Brighton has consistently received praise for its friendly and helpful staff, who are always ready to offer expert advice. Stock availability is rarely an issue and they even offer a price matching service. Although their product range is more oriented towards dogs and cats, customers appreciate the effort to provide a variety of items. Some customers feel that their prices could be more competitive, however, the excellent service and well-stocked store often outweigh this minor concern. The team at Petbarn Brighton is known to go the extra mile, whether it's carrying items out to a customer's car or sourcing specific stock from another store. The overall shopping experience is enhanced by the store's cleanliness, great selection, and the occasional opportunity to weigh your dog on arrival. Despite a few hiccups, such as not allowing the purchase of dog meat, Petbarn Brighton is highly recommended for its fantastic customer service and wide product range.
