We and our dog had a horrifying experience waiting for the dog wash a few weekends back. An irresponsible dog owner who had no control over her dogs was allowed into the store and as a consequence one of her dogs bit our dog (who was minding his own business by our side, on the leash) in the face and was continually trying to attack him, and acting extremely aggressive towards us. There were no apologies from the owner or the staff. The staff member later told us that ‘yeah, we saw her dogs trying to attack another dog out the front before too.’
Helpful ReviewI would think that might be enough to refuse entry to two very clearly aggressive and untrained dogs.
Please review the guidelines to letting pets into the store. We understand that some dogs have aggressive natures and don’t blame the dog at all. But if you see an owner who has no control/has visibly aggressive dogs I would trust that would not be allowed in the store where other dogs, pets and children are roaming. Extremely disappointed and will be making the longer trip to another pet store in future.

Was doing a job directly across the road so decided to go in and purchase food for my boxer girl who had a litter of 11 pups. Not only do they have a great variety of quality food , the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and really seem to love what they do .
