Called up about pet supplies, had to ask if I was even on the phone to the right place because they don’t talk when they answer the phone then I ask do you sell (this item) “no” then hangs up the phone before I get a chance to talk, zero customer service super rude and I’ll just go to a proper pet store to spend my money

Contacted the store to advise them of an issue (not requesting refund or anything like that purely an FYI so it doesnt happen to other customers) straight away they had a go at me and were very unprofessional.
Tried to follow up later that night with a message on facebook. Again received a defensive and rude reply that didnt address anything, then they blocked me from posting a review and sending messages.
