0. I’d give them a zero but zero is not an option.
Helpful Review1. Dr Rohan is their no 1 asset but..
2. You won’t get to see him after the first recommendations.
3. Their main objective is their wallet, albeit they charge less than others. For a reason.
4. They will tell you to see another vet clinic in an emergency situation.
5. Will forget to do essential items in the animals best interest. This is ‘your fault’ or the ‘animals fault’ even with a quality track record.
6. If you don’t believe the outcome is in the best interest of the pets. That’s your fault, not theirs as well.
7.Never seen a mop and bucket in small foyer and don’t segregate pets with clear infections.
8. Administration staff treat animals by pulling leads roughly. Anyone with animal sense knows, you ask them to do something and they will.
9. Asking administrators to help is a problem.
10. If they don’t like you it’s a problem.
11. VERY UNCLEAN PRACTICE.
12. The remedy is what they deem on the day. Pluck cards from the sky as a treating practice. They don’t have a clue.

Took my dog Hana to NB vet surgery for inspection of injured paw.
Helpful ReviewWent for follow up visit after 7 days and got more anti biotic tablets.
Follow up examination was free of charge.
Very friendly service.

I have been going to North Bundaberg vets for 5 year

I was told they would not help
I had to go to another vet
We lost 2 puppies
Never again will I go to this vet

Zoe is an excellent groomer and did a fantastic job with our Mini Schnauzers Kodi & Kai. The guys were relaxed when collected, and the facilities for them seemed great. Zoe went out of her way to greet us warmly, and calm the guys down on their first visit. It instilled confidence and I had no concerns leaving them with her. I’d highly recommend Zoe. Thanks!

Rohan is the best vet ever. Even though we have moved back into town. We still go back to North Bundaberg Vet for our beloved GSD. The staff are brilliant. Highly recommend.
