This is the shop for pet lovers! Accessories and equipment galore. Bought a few fish from the aquarium section from little ones to exotic. Had a few hiccups but thanks to Dale and Ty the new guy who helped me all the way to help my fish to be in perfect condition. Specially Ty who is so passionate to help with my fish handling dealing with fish diseases.

The staffs are wonderful. I would like to contribute a big thank you to the manager name Ty in aquarium section. He goes out of his way to help customers. He is so passionate and knowledgeable on all fishes has supported me so much. His kind and caring nature makes him the perfect man to take care of fishes and hobbiers

Took a $20 fish back after 3 weeks as it was attacking my other fish. I was told by a young girl she would only refund $10…..absolute joke. A worker called Tye overheard it said he’ll work with me so thank you Tye. You might want to train your staff better and maybe give them some personalities at the same time. Your unfriendly young girl was going to cost you more than $10 because I was never coming back. You can thank Tye for saving her arse and he’s only been there for a short amount of time

Fantastic service. Went in there on looking for everything for our new puppy. Not only did I get everything I needed, but the shop assistant was very knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time assisting me on everything from food, enclosures, flea treatments, toys, collars and leads even to shampoo. As I hadn’t had a puppy for 13 and a half years, she explained everything and gave me some great advice, things I hadn’t considered with my last dog. I will drive past the other big chain store (even though they are closer) to get to this store in the future.

I only wanted to go to play with the puppies but it’s not allowed, which fair enough whatever, but while I was there I noticed they had heaps of fighting fish in tiny little iced coffee sized cups which is really depressing for the fish. I’m sure the plastic would break down as well. Rubbed me the wrong way & it’s not good to promote small aesthetic “tanks” to buyers. It’s not good for the fish :/
